You need to wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours a day. You take them out only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. If you don’t wear them, the teeth won’t move.
For the first day or two, you might have a slight lisp as your tongue gets used to the trays. This disappears very quickly as you get used to speaking with them in.
